Announcing....Liam Daniel Smith

My brother and sister-in-law's baby arrived this afternoon at 1:40pm California time. He weighed in at 8lbs 10oz and measured in at 20 inches. They said that he has a bunch of dark hair and is very healthy. They decided on the name Liam after Uncle Bill who passed away this past year...very nice. Congratulations, Jeff and Lori.

Donuts anyone??

Well, we had a surprise birthday party for one of the mom's little girls this morning. We went to McDonalds and had donuts and juice boxes. Yummy! Well, I believe Kayli and Hudson both enjoyed their donuts...what do you think?

Disneyland

Well, Kayli and I went to Disneyland yesterday. We arrived there around 9:30 am. It was cold to start with so, I carried a frezing Kayli around for the first part. We were kinda tired too, so I didn't get very good smiles from her that morning. She loved Peter Pan to most!!! We waited about 30-40 minutes both time we road, but she didn't seem to care. We did Snow White (kinda scary), Tea Cups, Princess Party (she really wasn't impressed with that for some reason), Rockets, Dumbo, It's A Small World (twice) and Alice In Wonderland. We had a really good time together...it was a wonderful bonding time for us. Shannon kept Hudson and said that he did just fine. Here are all the pictures of her and me. Enjoy...

Time With Grandma Smith...

Hudson has warmed up to Grandma Smith this weekend. He spent lots of time in her lap yesterday and some time roaming the neighborhood with her. He really likes it when she feeds him and gives him something yummy to drink. We have really been enjoying our time here in Yorba Linda with family and old friends. Happy Mother's Day to all you mothers out there.

It's Finally My Turn...

yesterday was such an awesome day...my sister-in-law, Lori, finally had her own baby shower. we all gathered at her mom's house for presents, food, cake and games. It has been an amazing journey for her and my brother. The Lord has finally provided a way for them to start their long awaited family. Here is a picture of Lori with all her gifts...yeah!! Their baby is due to arrive on May 25th. Please keep them in your prayers.

Flying To California

Well, we made it to CA yesterday afternoon, finally. Our flights were on time and everything went as smoothly as possible. Kayli was wonderful and just played the whole time we were flying and between flights. She sat in the middle of the floor and spread out all her dolls to play with. While on the flight, she listened to my ipod and heard Bible stories. Just like a little teenager...it was too cute. Hudson did GREAT! He had just a few hard times but for the most part, he was sleeping or able to be kept happy with snacks and Sprite...ha ha. Here are just a few pictures of the kiddos on the plane. We flew with Carla and Geoff's dad and meet up with Rebecca in Dallas. We had a wonderful time at Shannon's shower last night and my kidos are on their way to being on CA time!

Hudson and Roman

Lance and Rebecca have a cute dog named Roman. Hudson really took to him this past weekend. He crawled after him the whole time we were there. Roman was so good and let Hudson touch his nose, feet and tail.
